Major Stipulation Could Be Added To Shane Mcmahon Vs Kevin Owens !!!!
Shane McMahon is set to have his first match since WrestleMania 33 this coming Sunday at Hell in a Cell. McMahon will face off against Kevin Owens in a Hell in a Cell Match, and fans can’t wait to see what crazy bump Shane is going to do. The latest backstage news has also revealed that there could be another stipulation for the match.
According to Cageside Seats, Kevin Owens is advertised for Monday Night Raw live events after Hell in a Cell. Owens had hinted his desire to return to Raw in the past several weeks, and it could be incorporated into his storyline with Shane McMahon.
The report added that Shane could introduce that possibility in the Hell in a Cell go-home edition of SmackDown Live this Tuesday. There are two possible ways to put Owens on Monday Night Raw. One is for the match to have the stipulation that if Owens loses to Shane, he is out of SmackDown Live, which could lead to him getting signed by Stephanie McMahon and Kurt Angle.
The second one is Owens demanding that he move to Monday Night Raw if he can defeat Shane at Hell in a Cell. However, there could always be a deeper story since the match was made by Vince McMahon, who was brutally attacked by Kevin Owens a few weeks ago.
As recapped by WWE.com, the feud between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon started when Shane was the special guest referee in Owens’ match against A.J Styles at SummerSlam. Owens ended up losing to Styles, and he blamed Shane for it. The story continued when Shane took over refereeing duties from Baron Corbin in the subsequent rematch two nights later on SmackDown Live.
On the September 5th episode of SmackDown Live, the feud became full blown when Owens insulted Shane, the McMahon family, and his kids. It led to Shane attacking Owens, prompting Vince McMahon to make an appearance the next week. Vince ruled that Owens provoked Shane, so he scheduled a Hell in a Cell Match.
Owens then proceeded to attack the WWE chairman, which shocked a lot of fans. Vince was busted open from a headbutt before receiving a thunderous superkick and a vicious frog splash. The attack was one of the most talked about segments in recent memory because Vince took a lot of bumps, even though he is 72-years-old.
The Shane McMahon vs. Kevin Owens match is being built up as the main event of Hell in a Cell. It is interesting to see how the match is going to end and if Owens will demand a move to Monday Night Raw. Tune in to SmackDown Live this Tuesday night to know if the WWE decides to add it as a stipulation.
