What Will Happen On Raw Tonight !!!!
After Charlotte escaped Clash of Champions with the Raw Women’s Championship by pinning Bayley, Sasha Banks demanded a one-on-one rematch. Even without getting Mick Foley or Stephanie McMahon involved, Sasha’s wish was granted by Charlotte. On this week’s WWE Raw, will The Boss become a two-time Raw Women’s Champion?
Given WWE’s love of celebrities and pop culture outside of the WWE Universe, it’s no surprise that Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson are showing up on Monday Night Raw as the red brand makes a stop in Los Angeles. Obviously there to promote their Netflix series The Ranch, could Dude Love make an appearance to appeal to the actors’ breakthrough roles on That 70’s Show?
Below is a deeper look at WWE’s official Monday Night Raw preview for October 3. Each week, the WWE Universe is provided borderline spoilers in regard to the assumed events that will take place on WWE’s flagship program, which airs live on the USA Network.
WWE Monday Night Raw Preview
This week’s episode of Monday Night Raw airs live from the Staples Center in L.A. As reported by Top Rope Press, WWE SmackDown Live drew almost as many viewers last week as WWE Monday Night Raw, with the red brand’s 2.478 million viewers edging out the blue brand’s 2.340 million. After taking a big hit from the U.S. Presidential Debate last week, will WWE Raw be able to bounce back on October 3?
Sasha Banks challenges Charlotte one-on-one
After interrupting Charlotte and Dana Brooke last week on Raw, not only did Sasha Banks get the title match she wanted, but she also got the upper hand on the duo by knocking the Raw Women’s Champion out of the ring and putting her protĂ©gĂ© in The Bank Statement. Charlotte seems determined to shut Sasha up once and for all, but The Boss may have the momentum in her favor after last week’s showing. Who will leave Monday Night Raw as the face of the red brand’s women’s division?
Will Seth Rollins continue to defy General Manager Mick Foley?
While Mick Foley has been belittled as General Manager by Commissioner Stephanie McMahon, he’s also had to deal with the blatant disrespect shown by Seth Rollins. Last week, after being forbade by the first-ever WWE Hardcore Champion from getting involved with Kevin Owens, The Architect got in the face of The Prizefighter anyway. Will the feud between Rollins and Foley blow up in their faces, or will they eventually align their frustrations towards Stephanie?
Cesaro & Sheamus continue their tag team quest
In a rather surprising twist last week, GM Foley announced that both Sheamus and Cesaro would receive a title shot. The rivals will be forced to work together as they were given a future match with The New Day for the Raw Tag Team Championship. With Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods in the midst of an historic 400+ day title reign, will the odd pairing of Cesaro and Sheamus be able to accomplish what so many other firmly-established tag teams have failed to do?
Can Brian Kendrick put himself in line for another WWE Cruiserweight Championship Match?
Brian Kendrick has been anything but graceful in defeat. He completely disrespected WWE Cruiserweight Champion T.J. Perkins after their match at WWE Clash of Champions 2016, and doubled-down the following night on Raw. This week, Kendrick gets another singles match with Perkins. Will Brian be able to take another step forward in resurrecting his WWE career?
Will Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson top “The List of Jericho”?
Ashton Kutcher is no stranger to the WWE, and he’s bringing his best friend Danny Masterson with him to Monday Night Raw at the Staples Center to confront Chris Jericho. After Y2J mispronounced Ashton’s last name and claimed he and Kevin Owens were closer friends that the legendary stars of That 70’s Show, the actors took a break from filming The Ranch to announce their plans to meet Jericho face-to-face on Raw.
